Vendor Application

Please read the following:

• Set up is Friday afternoon from 3p – 7p or Saturday morning starting at 8am
• Break down is prior to midnight March 1nd, 2025
• No food or beverage vendors are allowed
• No tents, tables or chairs will be provided
• Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis
• Vendors will get up to 4 credentials per booth. Additional credentials are $10 each

Payment must be made prior to February 28th. Mail a cashiers check or money order to: Eagle Advertising & Promotions 167 Woodmark Drive Longview, TX 75605. If you pay but do not show up without advance notice you will not be invited back. Notice must be given 1 week prior to the event. No refunds for NO shows.
